You can turn by using the rudder, but it’s much easier to dip to either left and right and then pulling up on the pitch-controls to turn.(Moving the camera will be useful sometimes when flying a helicopter, but very rarely) Unless you have both hands on the keyboard while flying a plane, it’s gonna get difficult. If you only have a one-star wanted level, simply keep driving around and you’ll eventually lose it (even with the cops on your tail).
